Dad’s kitchen is a simple kitchen recipe world established by me, a food enthusiast, Vitality, alongside my dearly wife, Lily. I take great pleasure in researching and cooking and practically making it my hobby.
Some foods take quite a long time to cook, so we go for fast food, which is not healthy for a hungry stomach, thus, coming up with the best and fastest cooking procedure and recipes that make your food cook faster and better.
My Mission
This amazing cooking process has little or nothing to do with your skill or cooking tools, we also use of the so-called trouble free cooking tools like a pressure cooker, sous vide, cast iron skillets, and Dutch ovens. Yes, those are our favorite, and that is what we use.
As a result of my passion for good foods, I research and come up with unique and amazing processes to make your food cook faster and more comfortable, even on the pressure cooker and sous vide. I take my time to taste the foods, along with my wife and two beautiful girls Sofia and Gracie. Plus, our friends were too. So, you can rest assured you are getting the best quality.
With the use of our amazing process and recommended gadget, you definitely don’t have to be a pro to prepare a healthy meal. And with these gadgets, you can have restaurant-quality steak. Yes, I’m saying that you can have all thumbs on your hands and still make a meal that took your mom or grandma, who knows how long to cook. and with today’s technology, we can take something that takes long time to cook and have it on our table in 20-40 min.
My goal is to take recipes that take long time to prepare and cook, and tweak them. So it would be quick and easy to cook them in pressure cooker and sous vide. And if we like the recipe and it tastes good, cook it again and do an meal prep for the week. And of corse share the recipe with you and get healthier at the same time.
My Vision
Dad’s kitchen has always been on the quest on how to save you time and energy when cooking your delicious meal. I understand you don’t have that much time to waste waiting in the kitchen and salivating the aroma of the foods for hours. I practically take it as my responsibility to provide you with the best cooking processes and gadgets that will make your cooking process very fast and retain its sweetness in the best quality.
