Salami, cream cheese and jalapeno roll ups
This simple yet delicious finger food really easy to make. If I don’t feel like cooking for family get together, this is my go to recipe for appetizer. It is great addition to charcuterie board.
This tasty appetizer is made of three simple ingredients. The only drawback, is that it’s somewhat time consuming. Salami gives that robust flavor and jalapeno gives a little kick while cream cheese blends all the flavors together. When assembling it you have to find that happy medium between cream cheese and jalapeno peppers. Because to much cream cheese can block jalapeno flavor and to much jalapeno can make it to spicy.
If you don’t like jalapeno, then you can substitute with different vegetable. You can try with pickles, bell peppers, cucumbers, tart apples. Also you can play with flavors by combining vegetables. After all you are the king/queen of your salami roll ups.
When you make these salami roll ups, you’ll lick your fingers off the bones.
🌶 1 of 5. According to my taste buds but you can adjust it to your taste by adding more or less jalapeno slices.
